Mango Ice cream



Ingredients:
Evaporated milk 1 tin chilled
Condense milk 1 tin chilled
Mango puree 1-1/2 cup
Fresh cream whipped 2 cups
Mango pieces chopped 2 cups
Mango essence ½ tsp
Method:
1. Chill evaporated milk for 6 hours, beat until double in volume.
2. Mix in condense milk. Fold in mango puree, cream, mango essence and chopped mango pieces.
3. Put in air tight container and freeze until set.
