Darbari brain masala



Ingredients
Mutton brain 3
Salt 1 tsp
Onion 1 cup chopped
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomato 2 chopped
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Kasori methi ½ tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Chopped green chilies 4
Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
Ginger slice 1 tbsp
Method
Wash and remove veins from brain, heat oil in a wok, fry chopped onion till light golden add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, tomatoes chopped, yogurt, fry well till oil comes on top add brain, cover and cook for 10 minutes, lastly add cream, allspice, chopped coriander, green chilies and ginger julian, serve with nan.
