Taskeen-e-jaan sharbat



Ingredients
Milk 1 kg
Sugar 6 to 7 tbsp
Tuk malinga 2 tbsp soaked
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Pink color few drops
Almonds and pistachio chopped 4 tbsp
China grass 2 tbsp soaked in 1 ½ cup water and few drops of red color till set
Method
In your milk mix sugar with vanilla essence, almonds and pistachio, pink color, soaked tuk malinga, grated china grass, serve chilled.
