Karhai chitta kukkad



Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
Oil ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Coriander roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Cashew nuts 10 grinded
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2 grinded
Crushed together
Green cardamom 4
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Mace 1 blade
Method
Grind together cashew nuts, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and yogurt in a blender, heat oil add blended mixture, cook for 5 minutes stirring all the time, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes, add crushed spices, all the left over dry masala, mix well add milk, cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes till chicken tender and thick, lastly add cream garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
