Lahori daal murgh



Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Tomatoes 4 chopped
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Allspice ½ tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
Green chilies 4 chopped
Onion 1 cup chopped
Gram lentil 250 gm boiled with turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Method
Boil gram lentil with turmeric, heat oil fry onion add chopped tomatoes with salt, chili powder, allspice, ginger garlic paste, fry well, add chicken fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken half done, add in boiled daal, leave it on dum, lastly sprinkle green chilies and coriander leaves.
