Ingredients
Water ½ cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee ½ cup
Cardamom crushed ¾ tsp
Semolina 1 cup
Powdered milk 1 cup
Desiccated coconut ½ cup
Flaked coconut 3 tbsp for topping
Method
Make sugar syrup with water and sugar till 2 taar sheera made, heat ghee ½ cup add green cardamom with suji, fry on low flame for at least 10 minutes when nice jal comes add prepared sheera, immediately add powdered milk and desiccated coconut, mix well fast, pour mixture immediately in a greased level, cut into pieces, garnish with grated coconut, leave till set. Note: tray should be well greased and foil lined.
