Ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kg cut into medium cubes
Baking powder 2 tsp
Flour 1 cup
Paprika ½ tsp heaped
Salt ½ tsp heaped
Chili powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for sauce
Butter 2 ounce
Hot sauce ¼ cup
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Method for sauce
Cook all together in a sauce pan for 5 minutes.
Method for chicken
Put chicken pieces in a large bowl, spread with baking powder and leave for 15 minutes, in another bowl mix together flour, paprika, salt, chili powder and add chicken to this seasoned flour so that chicken is well coated, put in fridge for 30 minutes, heat oil in a frying pan add deep fry chicken bites until golden and crisp, toss in the prepared sauce to coat well.
