Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg whole
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Allspice ½ tsp
Ground to a paste
Tomato 1 small
Brown onion 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 8 to 10
Green chilies 6
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Ingredients for stuffing
Boiled eggs 2
Aalu Bukhara 6
Onion 1 chopped
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 3
Method
Grind together all the masala, marinate your chicken with ground spices, Salt 1 tsp, Chili powder 1 tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Allspice ½ tsp, prick well, leave to marinate for 1 hour, fill chicken with stuffing, tie with thread, heat oil, fry chicken on low heat on both the sides till light golden, add remaining masala with half cup water, leave it to cook on low flame, serve with fries.
