Piazi chops


Ingredients
Mutton Chops ½ kg
Onion ½ kg
Tomatoes 250 gm
Potatoes 250 gm
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
White cumin roasted and crushed 1 ½ tsp
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method
Heat oil add whole mixed spices with chops, fry for 5 minute add ginger garlic, chili powder, cumin roasted and crushed, ¼ cup water, fry well add 1 cup water cover and cook till chops nearly tender, then add finely sliced rounds of onion, round slices of potatoes, round slices of tomatoes, put on low flame till vegetables tender, lasltly sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies. Serve with roti.
