Shireen Anwer’s recipes never disappoint, and this Bhindi Masala is a true classic! Adding a pinch of kalonji (black seed) right into the oil gives it such a distinct, fragrant aroma that elevates simple okra. Frying the bhindi first is definitely the golden rule to keep it from getting slimy. While letting the curry sit on "dum" for those final 10 minutes to absorb all the tomato gravy, I usually tune into live news or sports via Xuper TV updated APK on my phone. Thanks for archiving these wonderful recipes!
Simple, quick, and super delicious! The step of adding the fried golden onions near the end along with the whole green chilies keeps the onions from turning completely mushy and gives the dish a great texture. Quick vegetable stir-fries like this are my go-to for busy weeknight dinners. I usually cook up a batch of roti, serve this warm, and catch up on my favorite live channels on Xuper TV official site to unwind after a long day. Appreciate you sharing this step-by-step method!
I love that this recipe uses basic pantry spices like turmeric, garlic, and chili powder but delivers so much flavor through proper technique. Cooking the chopped tomatoes down on slow heat until the oil separates is what really makes the masala base rich. Whenever I’m prepping ingredients in the kitchen like slicing half a kilo of bhindi, I like to stream live broadcasts or shows using Xuper TV latest version to keep me entertained. Saving this one to try for lunch tomorrow!
Chef Shireen Anwer’s balance of spices is always spot on! Leaving the whole small green chilies on dum right at the end infuses that fresh aroma into the okra without making the dish overly spicy. It’s the perfect comfort food paired with warm chapattis. Making a quick homestyle meal like this on a relaxed evening while streaming live television through Super TV live app in the living room is the best way to spend a weeknight.
