Daata Darbar kay Chawal



Ingredients:
500 grams rice
1 cup chick peas
1 tsp crushed red chili
1 onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp crushed black pepper
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp salt
Method:
1. Soak rice and boil chick peas.
2. Slice onion, give color then add ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilies, tomatoes and black pepper.
3. Add chick peas in this mixture with and chick pea water.
4. Add rice, put on low flame on dum.
5. Garnish with green chilies
