Ingredients
Falsa 1 kg
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Achaari rai 1 tbsp heaped
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaped
Turmeric ½ tsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp heaped
Method
Wash falsa well, add in it sugar, salt, leave it overnight, in a plastic bowl in the fridge covered, mix together oil, achaari rice, crushed red pepper, turmeric, onion seeds, fennel seeds, add to the falsa, mix well, pour in sterilized bottles, use after 2 days.
