Russian salad




Ingredients
Carrot cut in cubes and boiled 1 cup
Potatoes peeled cut in cubes and boiled 1 cup
Peas ½ cup boiled
Cucumber 2 peeled and cut in cubes
Apples peeled and cut in cubes 1
Eggs 2 boiled cut in wedges
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp heaped
Fresh cream 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt ¾ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Caster sugar 1 tbsp heaped
Method
Mix all above together decorates with egg wedges; serve over a bed of salad leaves.
